Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using itsdad.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Its Dad LLC ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Membership Tiers & Pricing

The Platform offers the following membership tiers:

• Starter Pack — $7/month
• Builder Club — $19/month
• Pro Club — $49/month
• Inner Circle — $99/month

All memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no penalties. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current tier until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund guarantee on your first payment. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 7 days of your initial charge for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds after the 7-day window are not available. Refunds apply to the first payment only — subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable.

5. Affiliate Program

Members may earn commissions by referring new members to the Platform. Commission rates are determined by your membership tier:

• Starter Pack & Builder Club: 30% recurring
• Pro Club: 35% recurring
• Inner Circle: 40% recurring

Commissions are paid on a recurring basis for as long as the referred member remains active. We reserve the right to modify commission structures with 30 days' notice. Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or spam-based referrals will result in commission forfeiture and potential account termination.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share login credentials
• Use the Platform for any illegal activity
• Make false or misleading income claims when promoting the Platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including courses, digital products, branding, and marketing materials — is the property of Its Dad LLC unless otherwise stated. Products with resell rights are licensed for resale by active members only. Resale rights terminate upon membership cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Its Dad LLC provides educational content and digital products. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Its Dad LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
